Classical Pilates is a more effective exercising technique as compared to some contemporary takes on Pilates. Exercises are taught in a relaxed environment with the focus being on mastering the techniques to ensure your body and mind are getting the very best results from the exercises.
Pilates is ideally taught in private lessons or in small to medium sized groups. Your instructor Bobbi has completed a rigorous training programme consisting of at least 600 hours of observation, class work and personal practice, and continuing education is required to maintain certification.
